To maintain the shine, we recommend removing jewelry before swimming, showering, or applying lotions. Clean your pieces gently with a soft microfiber cloth and store them in the provided Fora pouch.
How long does shipping take and is it tracked?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the country. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real-time.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all Fora Jewellery items come with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, loss, or normal wear and tear.
